From the submitter: I highly recommend the Burrito Texano (steak, chicken, AND shrimp, plus fajita vegetables all in one burrito!) and my wife loves the fajitas. They also, unlike many Mexican restaurants have authentic Mexican sodas Sidral (apple flavored) and Sangria Senorial (grape-ish flavored) along with Jarritos sodas. Fly in, walk through the FBO (toward the left end of the ramp), and then walk across the front of the airport to the main terminal. The restaurant is located upstairs, so you can keep an eye on your plane while you enjoy your food.
